Job Details

• Basic Salary: RM 6,000 – RM 7,000 / month
• Commission: High incentive scheme (Up to RM 5,000 / month)
• Location: Skudai, Johor

Key Responsibilities / 主要职责

• Operations: Oversee and coordinate daily schedules for cranes and transport logistics to ensure seamless execution.
• Sales: Manage inquiries, prepare professional quotations, and proactively follow up to close deals.
• Business Development: Identify new market opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Management: Promote and manage our full suite of rental services (Mobile Cranes, Skylifts, Lowloaders, etc.).
• 营运统筹：统筹并安排吊车与物流运输的每日行程，确保运作顺畅。
• 业务增长：处理客户询价、制定专业报价单，并积极跟进以达成交易。
• 市场拓展：开拓新业务机会，维护并深耕现有客户关系。
• 租赁管理：销售及营运公司全系列重型机械租赁服务（移动吊车、Skylift、Lowloader 等）。

Working Hours & Flexibility / 工作时间与灵活性

• Core Hours: Mon–Fri (8:30am – 5:30pm), Sat (8:00am – 1:00pm).
• Flexibility: Once the morning dispatch and evening scheduling are settled, your time is flexible for sales and market expansion.
• Responsiveness: As an essential services role, the candidate must be prepared to respond to urgent inquiries or emergencies during nights or Sundays when necessary.
• 核心时间：星期一至五 (8:30am – 5:30pm)，星期六 (8:00am – 1:00pm)。
• 灵活性：只要确保早晨司机顺利出班及下午安排好隔日行程，其余时间可自由调配用于跑业务及开拓市场。
• 应急响应：需具备高度责任感，在夜间或星期日遇到突发情况或紧急咨询时能及时响应。
