Job summary
A leading semiconductor firm in Malaysia is looking for a proactive Warehouse Officer to manage operations in their fast‑paced environment. Key responsibilities include overseeing daily warehouse management, maintaining accurate inventory, and managing shipping processes. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, at least 2 years of warehouse experience, and be proficient in Mandarin and English. This position offers a dynamic role within a critical manufacturing sector.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years experience as a Warehouse Officer in the semiconductor, manufacturing, or EMS industry.
- Capability to lift heavy items (up to 35 KG).
- Proficiency in Mandarin and English for communication.

- Oversee daily warehouse management and implement 6S principles.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock checks.
- Manage shipping‑related processes, coordinating with logistics teams.

We are seeking a proactive Warehouse Officer to manage operations, maintain inventory accuracy, and support shipping processes in a fast‑paced semiconductor manufacturing environment.
- Oversee daily warehouse management and implement 6S principles to ensure a clean, safe work area.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock checks on raw materials and finished wafers.
- Receive, sort, classify, and transport raw materials, ensuring proper organization and labeling.
- Manage shipping‑related processes, from order receipt to dispatch, in coordination with logistics teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
- At least 2 years experience as a Warehouse Officer in the semiconductor, manufacturing, or EMS industry.
- Forklift license is an added advantage.
- Capability to lift heavy items (up to 35 KG).
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in Mandarin and English.
