Sales and Logistic Executive

IMPORTANT – Please read before applying

  • Working hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
  • Workdays: Monday to Friday, excluding Company-declared public holidays
  • This is an on-site role based at SILC, Gelang Patah
  • Proficiency in English communication is required for interaction with overseas clients
Key Responsibilities
  • Handle incoming sales enquiries and prepare accurate quotations, proforma invoices, and sales orders in a timely manner.
  • Maintain and update customer orders, pricing, and sales records in the company system.
  • Liaise closely with production planning, procurement, and suppliers to confirm material availability, lead times, and delivery schedules.
  • Coordinate with external shipping and logistics providers on export bookings, container arrangements, and delivery timelines.
  • Prepare and verify export documentation including commercial invoices, packing lists, delivery orders, and other shipping-related documents.
  • Monitor quotation and order progress, ensuring regular follow-up with customers, production, and logistics teams.
  • Handle customer enquiries on order status, shipment schedules, and basic technical/product information.
  • Assist in resolving order discrepancies, quality feedback, or documentation issues in coordination with internal departments.
  • >Work closely with warehouse and logistics teams to arrange dispatch, loading schedules, and sample deliveries.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team to ensure smooth execution from order confirmation to shipment.
Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Logistics, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales coordination, export documentation, or customer support, preferably in manufacturing.
  • Experience in dealing with international customers and third-party shipping/logistics providers is highly preferred.
  • Strong coordination and communication skills with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple orders and deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
