The company is seeking a skilled QA/QC Inspector to join our team in Bandar Sri Sendayan, Negeri Sembilan. As a QA/QC Inspector, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and consistency of our manufacturing processes and the final products we deliver to our customers.

• Conduct various tests and analyses on raw materials, work‑in‑progress, and finished products to verify compliance with the required quality standards
• Operate and maintain laboratory equipment and instruments to perform accurate and reliable testing
• Accurately record and document test results, including data entry and report generation
• Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures and protocols
• Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve quality‑related issues
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality processes
• Ensure the laboratory environment is well‑organized, clean, and compliant with safety regulations

What we're looking for
• Diploma or degree in a relevant field, such as Chemistry, Biotechnology, or Quality Assurance
• 1-2 years of experience in a quality control or laboratory setting, preferably in the manufacturing or logistics industry
• Proficient in operating laboratory equipment and instruments, including measuring devices, analytical instruments, and testing apparatus
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures and quality protocols
• Good problem‑solving and critical thinking skills to identify and troubleshoot quality issues
• Excellent data management and documentation skills, including proficiency in using relevant software applications
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross‑functional teams
