Job description
Responsibilities
  • Update customer orders, key-in sales invoices, and follow up on order progress.
  • Handle and maintain proper filing systems (hard copy & digital).
  • Assist in preparing quotations, invoices, and delivery orders.
  • Communicate with sales and logistics teams to ensure smooth order flow.
  • Perform general administrative support such as document printing, data entry, and report updates.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the office workspace.
  • Membantu dan melaksanakan fungsi HR seperti permohonan kerja, temuduga, perlantikan dan penamatan kerja serta menguruskan pelajar yang memohon untuk menjalani latihan praktikal.
  • Memantau kehadiran pekerja, pengiraan gaji serta menguruskan KWSP & Socso.
  • Menguruskan permohonan cuti, klinik panel, tuntutan perjalanan dan lain-lain tuntutan perbelanjaan staf yang berkaitan.
  • Menguruskan dokumen berkaitan dengan permohonan pinjaman perumahan LPPSA dan bank serta urusan berkaitan dengan pejabat kerajaan seperti JPPH, LPPSA, Pejabat Tanah, peguam, CIDB, AKSB, TNB dan lain-lain.
  • Memantau inventori, penyelenggaraan alatan pejabat dan lain-lain asset termasuk kenderaan syarikat yang perlu diselenggara mengikut tarikh sepatutnya serta memastikan cukai jalan dan insuran kenderaan syarikat diperbaharui mengikut tarikh luput.
  • Membantu menyediakan dan mengemaskini SOP syarikat berdasarkan undang-undang dan garis panduan daripada pihak berkuasa.
  • Merekod dan memastikan dokumen syarikat tersusun dengan baik.
  • Menguruskan lain-lain tugas seperti yang diminta oleh pihak pengurusan.
Qualifications
  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or any related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of accounting experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel & Word.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Good communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia.
