A Malaysian property company is seeking an Executive to engage in sales of affordable projects across Negeri Sembilan and other states. This position offers a base salary of RM2,000-4,500, with potential monthly earnings exceeding RM5,000. Candidates need no experience in the property industry, just a positive attitude and willingness to learn. Attractive commissions are available, alongside training and career development opportunities. Both Malaysians and fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Formazione
Sell affordable projects in N.Sembilan (Rembau, Mantau, Linggi & Kuala Pilah) & other states.
Basic RM2000-4500 based on experience.
Monthly income more than RM5,000-RM10,000.
- No experience in property industry is required; minimum Diploma / SPM holder.
- Fresh graduates are welcome.
- Willingness to learn with positive attitude.
- Possess own car, laptop or iPad.
- Prefer Sales Experience in Real Estate Industry.
- Experience in digital marketing strategies, including social media and content marketing.
- Relevant experience in Sales & Marketing in property sector is an added advantage.
- Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate, or equivalent.
- Calling prospects from our HOT leads and make appointments with them.
- Do sales presentation and closing at Developer Sales Gallery.
- Work as a team to provide excellent telemarketing and customer care.
- Required to handle sales & marketing documentations.
- Attractive Commission (commission at least RM5,000 per sale).
- Total income per month RM5,000 – RM10,000 onwards.
- One to One Training and Coaching.
- Yearly Incentive trip and personal or quarterly incentive.
- Quarterly sales campaign reward.
- Career development from Junior Executive to Manager.
