Job summary

A leading food processing company in Malaysia seeks a Warehouse Manager to oversee logistics operations. The role involves managing inventory, ensuring compliance with HACCP and ISO standards, and training staff. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and preferably three years of experience in warehouse management. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Job description

Receive, store, and distribute raw materials and finished goods, ensuring proper handling and storage according to HACCP standards.

Manage daily warehouse operations, including inventory control, space utilization, loading/unloading of goods, housekeeping, pest control, and maintaining a safe working environment.

Ensure compliance with company SOPs, including returned goods handling, loading cycle times, and ISO 22000 standards.

Prepare and submit accurate warehouse and logistics reports to management on time.

Train, supervise, and motivate warehouse staff to follow procedures, achieve operational goals, and maintain safety standards.

Develop and enforce SOPs for warehouse processes, housekeeping, and safety practices.

Ensure proper use of PPE and adherence to health and safety regulations to prevent workplace accidents.

Support ISO 22000 activities, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Perform any other duties as assigned by management.

Qualification & Experiences:

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.

3 years of experience in warehouse, inventory, or logistics management preferred.

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Experience in supervising and motivating a team is preferred.
