Job summary
A growing electrical contracting company is seeking a Contract Manager with expertise in Quantity Surveying or Electrical Engineering. The role involves managing the tendering process, preparing cost estimates, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure competitive bidding. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills and experience in electrical contracting. Fluency in English and Mandarin is required for effective communication in the Malaysian market. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to key projects and drive business growth.
Qualifications
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.
- Proven experience as an Estimator, QS, or Pre-Contract Manager in electrical contracting.
- Strong knowledge in tendering processes and electrical systems.
Responsibilities
- Prepare comprehensive cost estimates for electrical works.
- Manage the complete tendering process from preparation to submission.
- Conduct reviews of technical specifications and collaborate with engineering teams.
