Job Responsibilities:

Lead and oversee the full spectrum of contracts and procurement functions.

Ensure strategic sourcing, cost & budget control, and regulatory compliance, while aligning all activities with overall project timelines and business objective.

Manage the tender award process, including evaluation, negotiation, and contract finalization.

Optimizing contract terms to achieve cost savings without compromising quality.

Review, evaluate, and verify contractual claims from contractors, suppliers, and consultants.

Handle contract related disputes, variations, and claim efficiently.

Keep abreast of the relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards to ensure all contracts adhere to industry best practices and regulatory requirements.

Assist in feasibility studies for potential projects as and when required.

Any other duties as assigned by Management from time to time.

Job Requirements:

Possess a Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.

At least 10 years of working experience in a related field.

Experience in construction/developer field will be an added advantage.

Knowledgeable in feasibility studies and cost estimation.

Good analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.

Willingness to work in Sandakan, Sabah.
