Job description

To assist in all aspect of secretarial duties and functions.

To handle basic company secretarial duties.

To assist in preparing resolutions, minutes, annual returns and other statutory forms and incorporation of company.

Maintain and ensure that statutory records, registers are properly kept and updated on time.

To perform other ad-hoc secretarial duties and administrative task required by the Management from time to time.

Daily secretarial filings.

Job Requirements (Skill)
  • Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Professional Certificate, Diploma in Business Administration / Secretarial Studies or related field
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia (oral and written). The ability to speak and write Mandarin will be an added advantage.
  • Must be computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Fresh Graduates with keen interest to pursue a career in Company Secretarial and has good learning attitude are encouraged to apply.
  • Result-oriented with a high degree of self-motivation, positive mind, the ability to work independently with minimum supervision, and able to work in a team environment.
