To assist in all aspect of secretarial duties and functions.
To handle basic company secretarial duties.
To assist in preparing resolutions, minutes, annual returns and other statutory forms and incorporation of company.
Maintain and ensure that statutory records, registers are properly kept and updated on time.
To perform other ad-hoc secretarial duties and administrative task required by the Management from time to time.
Daily secretarial filings.
