Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing and sales strategies to grow brand visibility and achieve revenue targets.

Monitor market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to support strategic planning.

Identify new market opportunities, customer segments, and potential.

Lead and optimize digital advertising campaigns across Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, Shopee Ads, and other platforms.

Oversee content creation, social media management, and influencer marketing strategies.

Strengthen brand presence on e-commerce and retail platforms (Shopee, Lazada, FoodPanda, etc.).

Drive online traffic, conversions, and customer engagement through digital activities.

Build long-term partnerships with influencers and content creators while measure campaign ROI, engagement, and performance to refine future strategies.

Ensure good teamwork, productivity, and communication across departments.

Oversee the marketing budget to ensure cost efficiency and strong return on investment.

Prepare monthly marketing reports, sales reports, KPI performance, and market analysis.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication or related field.

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in marketing or sales, preferably in F&B, retail, café, or SME sectors.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
