Responsibilities
  • • Handle daily accounting tasks such as data entry, invoice issuance, payment vouchers, and filing.
  • • Liaise with banks, company secretaries, tax agent, external auditor, government authorities, and professional advisors on company related matters.
  • • Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, bookkeeping, data entry, and monthly bank reconciliation of accounts.
  • • Communicate with customers, suppliers, or related authorities to gather necessary financial information and address basic inquiries.
  • • Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • • Carry out ad‑hoc assignments as and when necessary.
