Job description
Responsibilities
  • • Reply to leasing inquiries received via phone, e-mail or online.
  • • Establish and maintain positive tenant relationships.
  • • Monitor build-outs, construction, move-in and move-out schedules.
  • • Prepare report on revenue budgets and projections.
  • • Recording and updating details of prospective and existing tenants into database.
  • • Screening prospective tenants to ensure they meet eligibility requirements.
  • • Assisting with lease applications and verification of application information.
  • • Liaising with tenants to provide information and address their complaints and concerns.
  • • Accepting rent payments, security deposits and other applicable fees.
  • • Prepare and collection of Tenancy Agreement for shopping Mall and Commercial Building
  • • Provide efficient support in all day administrative works and secretarial functions
  • • Issuance of Letter of Offer, License Agreements, and relevant Tenancy Documentation
  • • Coordination and arrangement of meetings, and ad-hoc project
  • • Perform any other ad-hoc duties that may be assigned by the superior or as and when required
Job Requirements
  • • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree in Property Development/Real Estate Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce or equivalent.
  • • Minimum two (2) years working experience in related field
  • • Ability to multi-tasking while maintaining a strong attention to detail
  • • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • • Ability to prioritize, work under pressure and adhere to tight deadlines.
  • • Excellent communication skills, both in verbal and written.
  • • Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word and Outlook.
