We’re seeking a results-oriented Head of Business Operations to lead six key divisions—Desktop Publishing, Sales & Customer Management, Key Accounts, Product Merchandising, Tech, and Business Development.
You’ll work closely with the CEO to shape strategy, drive revenue, and lead a team of ~50 across business-critical functions. This is a high-impact leadership role in a fast-growing B2B e-commerce environment.
- Develop and execute growth-focused strategies to achieve double-digit revenue growth
- Oversee daily operations and performance across six divisions
- Drive operational efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction
- Monitor P&L, optimize cost structures, and grow revenue streams
- Lead and develop a high-performing team, focusing on succession and talent growth
- Champion innovation and digital transformation with our Tech division
- Degree in Business, Management, Supply Chain, or related; MBA preferred
- 10+ years’ experience in business operations; 5 years in senior leadership
- Proven success in B2B or e-commerce environments
- Strong commercial acumen, analytical mindset, and strategic leadership
- Excellent communicator with cross-functional leadership skills
