In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Lead and manage all Value Stream Assembly and Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) activities within the manufacturing environment.
- Create and sustain a safe work environment by integrating Environment, Safety and Health (ESH) standards into assembly lines, machines, tools, and work practices.
- Establish, track, and monitor manufacturing KPIs and production objectives to ensure on-time delivery, efficiency, and productivity.
- Oversee production workflows and schedules to ensure seamless execution and adherence to delivery commitments.
- Drive process efficiency initiatives to optimize workflows, reduce waste, and improve overall productivity.
- Ensure manufacturing quality by implementing and enforcing process controls for material handling, goods handling, and assembly processes.
- Implement and enforce Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) for critical manufacturing equipment.
- Analyze production data to identify performance gaps, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
- Lead, coach, and develop direct and indirect manufacturing teams, including performance management and capability building.
- Plan, control, and monitor operating expenses, manpower allocation, work hour utilization, and manufacturing capacity.
- Develop and execute annual cost reduction, continuous improvement, and CAPEX initiatives.
- Manage manufacturing assets, tooling, and equipment on the production floor.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance, HR, Engineering, Quality, Project Management, Procurement, Logistics, and Customer Service.
- Provide regular production updates, action plans, and escalation support to internal stakeholders.
- Exercise Stop Work Authority when ESH risks are not clearly established or understood and support investigations as required.

- Solid understanding of manufacturing equipment, safety best practices, and operational controls.
- Proficient in digital tools, including Microsoft Office applications.
- Adaptable and resilient leader who can manage change in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- 5 to 10 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in mass production or engineered‑to‑order, high‑mix, low‑volume operations.
