A leading multinational company in Johor, Malaysia seeks a Sales Executive to develop sales strategies and ensure the achievement of sales targets. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in sales or related fields and must demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently. The role involves stock management, collecting accounts receivable, and implementing sales strategies to drive growth.
Develop sales strategies to expand business in the assigned dealers with sales manager. Aim for positive business growth and healthy expansion.
Plan sales & marketing activities to strengthen our branding awareness / presence in the assigned dealers.
Ensure HQ sales objectives and sales strategies are carried out accordingly at dealer level.
Ensure achieving monthly sales target set by management.
To collect accounts receivable within stipulated period.
Ensure compliance with the Credit policies and liaise with Credit Control on accounts receivable performance and issues.
Provide accurate sales forecast and maintain healthy stock inventory at all times.
Maintain and monitor demo stock within Company’s requirement. Minimize obsolete stock and slow moving stocks.
Disseminate sales information to dealers and gather market feedback from dealers.
Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Must be proactive, able to work independently, good interpersonal skill, extrovert, able to work under pressure and committed.
Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent.
