Job summary
A real estate development company in Penang is seeking a candidate to manage sales launches and promotional events. Responsibilities include monitoring advertising costs, conducting site visits, and preparing sales reports. Strong focus on market studies and efficient promotional activities is essential. This role offers a dynamic work environment with opportunities to shape innovative sales strategies.
Responsibilities
- Involve and comment on concept & planning of new product.
- Plan for all sales launches and promotional events.
- Monitor cost efficiency of Advertising & Promotion activities.
- Regular sites visit and branches visit.
- Involve and comment on concept & planning of new product.
- Plan for all sales launches, property exhibitions, promotional events, innovative sales packages and all S&M related activities.
- Monitor cost efficiency of Advertising & Promotion activities.
- Comment on artist impression drawing (AI), scale models, posters, website, video presentation, billboards, etc.
- Monitor market studies and survey compilation on a regular basic.
- Monitor and submit weekly & monthly sales reports, management reports, and monthly sales target status.
- Monitor loan application tracking
- Regular sites visit and branches visit.
