A top insurance company in Alor Setar, Malaysia, is looking for an experienced Assistant Manager for its Customer & Agent Service Centre. In this managerial role, you will be responsible for leading the branch in meeting operational goals and delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate should have a recognized degree, 3-5 years' experience in the insurance industry with supervisory experience, and strong leadership and communication skills.
