Job description

Ensure all cheques and cash collections are banked in into the respective Housing Development Accounts.

Prepare and monitor the costing statements for all respective phases for the projects developed by the Company.

Prepare Debtors Reconciliation between the records in the Intsoft Developer Management Module (iR) and the Accounting Module (iA) on monthly basis.

To maintain and monitor the Intsoft ERP system (iA, iR & iP), liaise with Intsoft software support staff on error rectification and software customisation.

Prepare monthly debtor aging reports for all rented properties for Holding Company and subsidiary companies.

Ensure all financial records for all subsidiary companies are correctly maintained and management accounts are prepared in a timely manner.

Prepare and reconcile bank statements for all subsidiary companies.

Ensure all Suppliers’ invoices, credit note, staff claims, etc. are captured in the accounting system in a timely manner.

Process bills & invoices for payment and ensure all payments are made in a timely manner.

Prepare payment summary, payment vouchers, cheques, banker cheques, remittance application forms and online banking transactions.

Prepare and process payment for all Assessment & Quit Rent for the Company’s lands and properties before due dates.

Prepare all documents for opening and closing of Housing Development Accounts and Current Accounts.

Liaise with tax agent on all income tax related matters and assist in preparing documents / information for income tax purpose as and when required. Review draft tax computation prepared by tax agent.

Liaise with auditors on all audit-related matters and assist in preparing documents / information for audit purposes as and when required.

Ensure all financial records for the subsidiary companies are correctly maintained and management accounts are prepared in a timely manner.

Assist in preparation of group consolidated management accounts and all relevant reports and financial analysis.

Assist in preparing all relevant reports for submission to shareholders on weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.

Malaysian Business Reporting System (MBRS) 2.2 - Data entry of audited reports and financial statements using m Tool to generate XBRL file for submitting to the Companies Commission of Malaysia (SSM) through MBRS Portal.

Assist in preparation of Global Minimum Tax assessment and Country By Country Reporting.

Ensure proper filing of all relevant documents.

Carry out any other duties as assigned.

Diploma/Degree in Accountancy.

5 years of working experience in property development company.

Accounting software and property sales management system.
