A leading banking group in Malaysia is seeking a talented sales professional to promote Auto Owners products and bancassurance. The role entails engaging potential customers, achieving sales targets, and maintaining business relationships. Ideal candidates are results-oriented, skilled in cross-selling, and capable of providing professional advice to enhance customer satisfaction.
Qualificações
- Experience in sales particularly in banking or insurance.
- Strong communication skills to provide professional advice.
- Ability to achieve individual sales targets.
Responsabilidades
- Promote and sell Auto Owners products and bancassurance.
- Engage in cross selling to increase market share.
- Provide professional advice based on customer needs.
Conhecimentos
Promotes and professionally sell Auto Owners products and bancassurance to existing and potential customers.
Engages in cross selling of other RHB’s products based on customer needs to increase market share.
Achieves individual sales targets and contribute towards the achievement of the sales office targets.
Provides professional advice on Auto Owners products to customers based on their needs to achieve sales and create public awareness.
Ensures detailed understanding of Auto Owners products/services and processes for effective sales services.
Establishes new and maintains regular contact with Business Associates to develop business relationship, e.g. dealers and salesmen.
Ensures turnaround time and accurate data entry, processing and updating for efficient business opportunities.
Submission for disbursement (Disbursement Request Form) including creation of credit files.
Ensures the targeted group of profile falls within the Acceptance Guidelines for both individual and business entities.
Supports Retail Collection & Recovery in all collection & recovery activities including conduct field visitation where necessary.
