What You'll Do
- Drive Merchant Acquisition:
- Proactively seek and hunt for new leads and leverage sales tools to onboard merchants to Qashier's POS and payment solutions.
- Generate new sales opportunities through calls, emails, direct sales, and referrals, focusing on retail, F&B, and beauty merchants.
- Be part of a dynamic, high-performing team where your sales experience and drive help you thrive from day one.
- Consult and Close Deals:
- Act as a trusted advisor to merchants by understanding their needs and recommending Qashier's comprehensive POS, Payment, and Loyalty system as the solution to optimise operations.
- Close deals efficiently by presenting the benefits and features of our POS solutions.
- Onboard New Merchants:
- Work with the Operations team to set up and deploy Qashier's POS systems according to each merchant's requirements, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
- Guide merchants through installation and setup, providing excellent support throughout the process.
- Collaborate Across Teams:
- Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and Account Management to refine acquisition strategies and consistently exceed sales targets.
- Support the team by providing feedback and merchant insights to identify new growth opportunities.
What We're Looking For
- Passion for Technology & POS Solutions: Interest in how technology and POS systems transform the retail, F&B, beauty, and events industries.
- Proven Sales Success: Demonstrated past achievements and a track record to drive growth.
- Outbound Sales Specialist: Proactive professional skilled in outbound sales, eager to connect with merchants and deliver results.
- Strong Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication to build relationships and act as a trusted advisor.
- Bilingual Communication: Fluent in English and at least one other language (e.g., Bahasa Malaysia or Mandarin) to engage with diverse merchants.
- Driven & Energetic: Self-motivated and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
- Learning & Growth Mindset: Desire to develop skills and advance in the POS and payments space.

Requirements
- Experience in Sales: Minimum 2 years in B2B sales, merchant acquisition, or business development, preferably in payments or fintech.
- Understanding of the POS Landscape: Knowledge of the Malaysian POS ecosystem and related technologies is advantageous.
- Proven Communication Skills: Excellent English and Bahasa Malaysia verbal and written communication.
- Team Player with Independence: Able to work collaboratively and take initiative.
- Educational Background: Diploma or degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field preferred but not required with relevant experience.
