Job summary

A recruitment agency in Petaling Jaya is seeking a candidate to perform collections, liaise with dealers, and assist with data entry. Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of working experience or fresh graduates can be considered.
• Advantage if can speak & write in Mandarin and Cantonese.

Responsibilities

• Perform collection of settlement/demo instalment/curtailment/interest.
• Notify dealers on Non-Sufficient Fund and release of e-Hakmilik.
• Perform data entry into TCAPMobile+ and/or Synergi for new account creation.
• Liaise with dealers on operational issues and send Monthly Billing Statement.
• Assist in preparation of daily/weekly/monthly updates or reports.

Skills
