We are looking for a detail-oriented and trend-savvy Buyer/Purchasing Specialist to join our team. This role is key in shaping our product offerings by planning and executing purchases that align with brand goals and market demands. The ideal candidate is passionate about fashion trends, understands consumer behavior, and has a strong eye for selecting the right products.
Job responsibilities:
Develop and implement purchase plans in line with the company's product positioning and market trends. This includes controlling product structure, style selection, product matching, color combination, band planning, size comparison, purchase quantity, and retail pricing.
Focus on industry and competitive product information, fashion trends, and popular elements for new product selection. Purchase trend products in each category, collect market information for product lines, and research fashion trends to improve the success rate of selection.
Responsible for supplier development and management, including regular visits to maintain good cooperation.
Communicate with relevant departments to understand sales trends and after-sales feedback. Track and analyze category sales, and assist the production department with quality inspection and acceptance.
Continuously conduct market research and collect market intelligence and information.
Qualifications:
Require 1-2 years of relevant work experience, familiarity with product fashion trends, and in-depth research into product quality, materials, and production processes.
Ability to grasp fashion trends, with a keen sense of popular cycles and a unique understanding of color and aesthetics.
Good communication and negotiation skills, strong logical thinking, sensitivity to data, and proficiency in office software such as Excel and PowerPoint.
