A leading sales company in Klang City is seeking a Sales Executive responsible for identifying new business opportunities and building client relationships. The ideal candidate should have a Professional Certificate or Diploma/Degree in relevant fields and experience in selling industrial products is preferred. Strong communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Pu Tong Hua are essential. The role includes preparing sales reports and ensuring timely follow-up on project progress.
The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets.
Maintain close relationships with existing customers and consistently drive sales volume.
Identify new markets, potential customers, and business opportunities to expand the company’s footprint.
Visit customer sites to understand project needs and propose suitable products and solutions.
Prepare quotations and pricing proposals aligned with project requirements and company guidelines.
Ensure timely follow-up on quotations, orders, deliveries, and project progress.
Monitor outstanding collections and work closely with customers to ensure timely payment.
Prepare and submit weekly sales reports to the Department Head for review.
Work with the Superior and Director on load-order preparation and customer planning.
Handle and escalate customer issues to the Sales Coordinator for investigation and resolution.
Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate or Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Business Admin, Marketing or equivalent.
Experience in sales of construction or industrial product will be an added advantage.
Confident, proactive, and able to work independently with strong follow-up skills.
Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Pu Tong Hua to communicate effectively with Pu Tong Hua-speaking customers.
Possess own transport and valid driving license.
Able to travel and work outstation when required.
