Qualifications

Position Overview
The Product Specialist is responsible for developing, managing, and delivering accurate, compelling, and up-to-date product‑related materials to support the Sales and Marketing teams. This role ensures all product information, brochures, presentations, comparison sheets, and digital content are consistent, high‑quality, and aligned with the company's branding and go‑to‑market strategy.
Key Responsibilities
A. Product Content Development
- Develop product brochures, spec sheets, catalogues, comparison charts, case studies, FAQs, and other sales enablement materials.
- Create presentation decks and scripts for Sales & Marketing teams.
- Produce high‑quality product videos, infographics, and digital content for company website and social media platforms (where applicable).
- Ensure all materials are accurate, updated, and aligned with product positioning.
B. Product Knowledge & Training
- Maintain strong understanding of the company's product portfolio, features, benefits, and unique selling points.
- Provide regular product updates to Sales, Marketing, and other stakeholders.
- Conduct internal product training sessions for new hires or when launching new models/features.
C. Market & Competitor Insights
- Study competitor products and prepare competitive analysis materials.
- Monitor market trends, pricing movements, and technological developments relevant to the product category.
- Recommend improvements to product materials or positioning based on findings.
D. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with the Marketing team to support campaigns, digital content, and promotional materials.
- Collaborate with Sales teams to understand content gaps and provide customised sales tools when needed.
- Support product launch plans, events, exhibitions, and customer demos.
E. Quality & Compliance
- Ensure product information complies with corporate branding guidelines.
- Maintain a central repository of all product materials for easy access and version control.
