A leading office solutions company in Penang is seeking a motivated individual for a business development role. You will be responsible for achieving sales targets and managing customer relationships, focusing on multifunction office equipment and IT solutions. Candidates should possess a Diploma or Degree in relevant fields and have good communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin. Sales experience in the IT industry is preferred but not mandatory. Training will be provided, along with an attractive salary package and additional benefits.

What is your role:
Responsible for the business development with existing and potential customers to achieve sales targets and market share for multifunction office equipment and other solutions.
Identify, manage and secure existing and new accounts and continue to maintain a high level of sales achievement.
Improve Sales pipelines by maintaining good customer relationships.
Carry out various sales activities for higher sales achievement.
You will also have exposure to Cloud, IT- solutioning business portfolio. Training will be provided.
What you need to have:
Diploma or Degree in Marketing, IT and Business Management or IT-related field.
Preferably with Sales experience in the IT industry; however, we are also hiring from any field with a cheerful and motivated personality.
Willingness to learn various skills ie, presentation, selling. soft-skill
Good written and spoken English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin - as we need you to liaise with Mandarin speaking customers.
