Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and organized Sales Admin to join our team. The successful candidate will provide essential administrative support to the sales team and contribute to the smooth execution of sales activities.

Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally. Prepare and manage sales quotations and reports, generate Delivery Order, Purchase Order and Sales Order.

Assist in coordinating and supporting local and overseas exhibitions, as needed.

Perform general administrative duties and handle ad‑hoc tasks.

Continuous interaction with Logistics, Production Planning, and Customer to coordinate smooth execution of these activities.

Requirements

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Preferably proficient in Chinese, as will need to deal with China customers.

Strong organizational and time‑management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Attention to detail and accuracy in work.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
