Job description

We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Telesales Executive, TS-Bancassurance to join RHB Banking Group. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling bancassurance products through outbound calls, while delivering exceptional customer experience. You will play a key role in achieving daily sales targets, managing leads effectively, and ensuring all customer interactions are handled professionally to drive business growth and strengthen RHB’s position in the market.

What you will be doing:

Achieve stipulated daily sales targets.

Ensure all assigned leads are followed up and completed within the stipulated timeline.

Maintain a high conversion rate/success rate in line with the targets set.

Service Management

Maintain accurate customer information, leads, and contacts in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.

Raise accurate fulfillment requests to the fulfillment team related to sales opportunities.

Identify and record customer feedback — both positive and negative — to support continuous improvement in customer satisfaction.

Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes teamwork and performance excellence.

What we're looking for:

Diploma/Advanced Diploma/Degree holders with or without experience.

SPM/STPM holders with a minimum of 2 years of sales experience in any field.

For SPM holders, must have at least a Credit in - Bahasa Malaysia or English AND Mandarin or Mathematics or Accounts or Commerce

Minimum 1 year of sales experience in any industry preferred.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage customers at all levels.

Self-motivated, target-driven, and passionate about sales.
