Build strong rapport with clients by providing professional recommendations on aesthetic treatment packages and products to customer. 通过提供专业的医美疗程套餐和产品推荐，与客户建立良好的关系

Personally drive sales through consultations, product/service recommendations, and closing deals. 通过咨询、产品/服务推荐和达成交易，推动销售

Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our aesthetic services and products. 深入了解我们的医美服务和产品

Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities. 积极主动地发现并抓住新的销售机会

Client Management 客户管理:

Ensure accurate and timely recording of client information and sales activities. 确保准确、及时地记录客户信息和销售活动

Handle client inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally. 专业地处理客户咨询和解决问题

Foster a positive and welcoming environment for clients to experience VIP service. 营造一个积极、热情的环境，让客户体验贵宾式服务 (VIP service)

Commission Driven 佣金驱动:

o Understand commission-based sales and actively set and achieve personal goals, as well as assist the team in achieving their goals. 理解佣金制销售并积极设定和达成个人目标和协助团体达成目标

Proven experience in sales, preferably in the aesthetic, beauty, or wellness industry. 拥有经验证的销售经验，医美、美容或健康行业经验者优先
