This full-time Renovation Site Supervisor (Commercial) role at Duplex Infra Sdn Bhd in Bandar Tasik Selatan, Kuala Lumpur is an exciting opportunity to oversee the daily operations and management of commercial renovation projects. As an experienced site supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of these projects to the highest standards.

What you'll be doing

• Supervise and coordinate all on-site renovation activities, including managing subcontractors, tracking progress, and ensuring quality control
• Liaise with clients, project managers, and other stakeholders to provide updates and address any concerns
• Oversee the health and safety of the work site, implementing safety protocols and procedures
• Monitor and report on project budgets, timelines, and resource utilisation
• Identify and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the renovation process
• Support the planning and scheduling of renovation tasks to meet deadlines
• Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards
