OSC Orthopaedic Specialist Center is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to join our team in Subang Jaya, Selangor. You will play a crucial role in developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to promote our orthopaedic services and enhance our brand visibility within the local community. What you’ll be doing

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to drive patient acquisition and increase brand awareness
• Manage and coordinate all marketing activities, including digital marketing, advertising, events, and public relations
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and inform marketing strategies
• Collaborate with the clinical and operations teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all touchpoints
• Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, and optimize campaigns accordingly
• Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources efficiently to achieve the desired objectives
• Mentor and guide the marketing team to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge
