We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to support our company’s outlet expansion and growth strategy. This role focuses on identifying new locations, managing partnerships, coordinating outlet setup, and driving sustainable business expansion.

The ideal candidate is commercially savvy, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with landlords, mall management, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth outlet openings and long-term profitability.

Identify and evaluate potential new outlet locations, including malls, commercial spaces, and strategic sites

Conduct market research, site analysis, and feasibility studies for new outlet expansion

Liaise with landlords, mall management, agents, and business partners regarding leasing terms and negotiations

Assist in preparing proposals, financial projections, and business cases for new outlets

Coordinate outlet expansion timelines including handover, renovation, and opening schedules

Work closely with internal teams (operations, marketing, finance, HR) to ensure smooth outlet launches

Monitor performance of new outlets and provide post-launch analysis and improvement recommendations

Maintain accurate records of leasing documents, agreements, and expansion progress

Support management in developing expansion strategies and growth plans

Handle ad-hoc business development and strategic projects as required

Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, Management, or related fields

Minimum 1–3 years of experience in business development, leasing, retail expansion, or related roles

Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills

Ability to analyze financial data, rental structures, and ROI for new outlets

Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Comfortable with site visits, discussions with external stakeholders, and fieldwork

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace

Experience in retail, F&B, kiosk, or outlet-based businesses is an added advantage
