Requirements
- Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Entry-level position; open to fresh graduates.
- Proficiency in HR administrative tasks and data entry.
- Strong record-keeping and organizational skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Fluency in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Familiarity with basic HR principles and practices.
- Must be able to work onsite at Persiaran Segambut Tengah, Batu, Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur, 51200, Malaysia.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, both physical and digital, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations and company policies.
- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job advertisements, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial phone screenings.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing offer letters, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed.
- Administer employee benefits programs, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies, providing guidance to employees and resolving any related issues.
- Process payroll accurately and on time, including collecting timesheet data, calculating wages and deductions, and generating payroll reports.
- Provide administrative support to the HR department, including managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, and preparing presentations.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits, providing timely and accurate information.
- Support employee performance management processes, including tracking performance reviews and providing assistance with performance improvement plans.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events to promote a positive work environment and enhance employee morale.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information and HR records.
- Perform data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information in HR systems.
- Assist with HR-related projects and initiatives as needed.
