Job summary

A leading Malaysian telco is looking for a Micro SME Telesales Executive to promote products and services to business customers. Candidates should have strong communication skills, with at least one year of experience in telesales or B2B sales. The role offers considerable commissions, a chance of contract renewal, and weekends off. Ideal candidates are target-driven and resilient. Knowledge of CRM systems and sales tools is preferred.

Telesales (Inside Sales/Sungai Besi/Up to RM3500)

Job Title: Micro SME Telesales Executive

Company: Leading Malaysian telco

Working Time: 9am - 6pm (Weekend off)

Job Scope:

  • Proactively perform outbound calls to promote Micro SME products and services to business customers
  • Use sales scripts, product knowledge, and communication skills to drive interest and close sales
  • Handle documentation, data entry, and record updates to support daily telesales activities
  • Manage assigned sales leads and work towards a high closure rate for all outbound calls
  • Achieve or exceed individual sales targets, KPIs, and productivity metrics
  • Prepare for scheduled sales activities, follow up with prospects, and coordinate with internal teams
  • Continuously update knowledge on company culture, Micro SME offerings, and sales processes
  • Execute additional tasks assigned by the Head of Inside Sales

Requirements:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with confident phone presence
  • Minimum 1 year of telesales or B2B sales experience, preferably dealing with business owners
  • Target-driven, persuasive, patient, and resilient
  • Comfortable using sales tools, CRM systems, and basic computer applications
  • Minimum SPM/STPM/Diploma/Degree in any field
  • Open to fresh graduates

  • First 2 months: 100% KPI commissions, equal to RM3,000
