About Us

We are a dynamic company specializing in providing innovative solutions to meet the needs of our customers across various industries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Order Management: Process sales orders accurately and in a timely manner, ensuringall details match client requirements and inventory availability.
  • CRM Maintenance: Update and maintain the Customer Relationship Management(CRM) database with new leads, contact details, and interaction history.
  • Sales Support: Assist the sales team with preparing quotations, proposals, and tenderdocumentsجی
  • Reporting: Generate weekly and monthly sales reports, analyzing data on salesperformance, pipeline status, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Customer Service: Serve as the first point of contact for administrative client inquiries,resolving issues regarding order status, delivery schedules, or billing.
  • Coordination: Liaise with the logistics/warehouse team to track shipments and ensureon-time delivery; coordinate with Finance to ensure invoices Penh issued and paymentsare tracked.
  • Meeting Support: Schedule sales meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes when required
Requirements & Qualifications
  • Education: SPM minimum requirement
  • Experience: On job training will be provided
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel for pivot tables andreporting).
  • Language: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and BahasaMalaysia
