Accounting Executive (Full-Set Accounts)

We are seeking a proactive and hands‑on Accounting Executive to manage our full set of accounts. This role offers end‑to‑end accounting experience, including invoice/payment data entry, e‑invoice filing, staff claims processing, reconciliations, and audit preparation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage full set of accounts, including general ledger, journal entries, trial balance, P&L, and balance sheet.
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable, including data entry for supplier and customer invoices and payments.
  • File and maintain e‑invoices in compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
  • Process staff claims, check supporting documents, and prepare monthly claims reports.
  • Prepare and assist in month‑end and year‑end closing.
  • Reconcile accounts and investigate discrepancies.
  • Support audit preparation and communicate with auditors as needed.
  • Perform ad‑hoc tasks assigned by management, including reporting and analysis.
  • Monitor cash flow and assist with basic budgeting when required.
Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years accounting experience; candidates who can handle full‑set independently preferred.
  • Proficient in MS Excel; experience with accounting software (AutoCount, SQL, QuickBooks, SAP) a plus.
  • Knowledge of accounting principles, P&L, balance sheet, audit processes, e‑invoice filing, and claims processing.
  • Detail‑oriented, organized, proactive, and able to work independently.
