About the role
We now have an exciting opportunity for a graduate looking to take the first exciting step in their career, you'll play a crucial role in assisting our employees via phone, email, and remotely. This role would be supporting our daily operations and would ideally suit someone who enjoys working with others, has strong attention to detail and is proficient in troubleshooting and problem-solving!
Our team is supportive, friendly, and thrives on collaboration. The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of all basic IT principles and knowledge of business IT technologies including the Microsoft stack including Office 365, Azure Active Directory and managing virtual environments
What does my day to day look like?
Provide first-level support for issues relating to Azure, Active Directory, Windows 10 & 11, Office 365, and other relevant technologies.
Respond to user requests via phone, email, and ticketing systems in a timely and professional manner.
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and other peripherals.
Support remote users and troubleshoot VPN, RDP, and remote desktop tools.
Use documentation and knowledge bases to resolve issues; escalate unresolved issues to the MSP partner or internal escalation points.
Maintain and update IT incident and request records within the ticketing system.
Assist with user account creation, password resets, and permissions management in Active Directory and Azure.
Support the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of devices and software.
Ensure adherence to IT security and data protection policies.
Participate in routine IT housekeeping tasks, such as patching, updates, and inventory tracking.
Maintain clear and concise documentation of procedures, issue resolutions, and system changes.
Communicate clearly with end users, providing updates and guidance in a non-technical manner.
Acquire IT assets and maintaining documentation and tracking.
Assist in maintaining the IT knowledge base.
