A leading automotive company in Selangor is looking for a diligent sales administrator. Responsibilities include managing sales documents, updating customer information, and assisting insurance renewals. Ideal candidates possess an SPM certification and good Microsoft Excel and Word skills, with a positive working attitude. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, and the position requires willingness to work 5.5 days a week. Immediate availability is preferred.
To perform all sort of sales data entry and sales documents i.e., sales order, invoice, official receipt, license and renewal permit, motor insurance submission & etc.
Clarify short payments and overpayments.
Update customer data in the system & update filling system.
Contact and follow up with customers for insurance renewal reminders.
Assist and advise customers on insurance and road tax renewal.
Carry any other ad-hoc admin duties and operational support as and when required or assigned by the manager
What we are looking for:
Priority for candidates with experience in automotive industry.
Candidate must possess at least a SPM certification. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Willing to work for 5.5 days per week.
Good computing skills in Microsoft Excel and Word.
Good personality and positive working attitude, responsible, self-disciplined, and dedicated to work.
Able to start immediately or within short notice.
