• Provide administration support to the sales team
• Prepare and manage quotations and invoices
• Handle customers’ enquiries and maintain good relationship with customer
• Arrangement of weekly payment to suppliers and utilities
• Assisting with the execution of sales and marketing events

• Minimum 2 years experience in a sales support or customer service role
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with AutoCount is a plus
• Good communication skills in Mandarin and English to effectively communicate with our diverse client base and stakeholders
• Organized, responsible, and a proactive team player
• Applicants must be willing to work in office in Jalan Pekaka, Kota Damansara, PJ
