About the role

We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Personal Assistant (PA) to provide dedicated administrative support to the CEO of ZW Packaging Sdn Bhd in our Perai, Penang office. As a key member of the executive team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of the CEO's day‑to‑day operations and contributing to the overall success of the organisation.

What you'll be doing
  • Manage the CEO's diary and schedule, coordinating meetings, appointments and travel arrangements.
  • Provide a full range of high‑level administrative support, including composing and distributing correspondence, organising events and managing the CEO's inbox.
  • Conduct research, compile reports and deliver presentations on behalf of the CEO as required.
  • Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, showcasing excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Support the CEO in various projects and initiatives, contributing ideas and solutions proactively.
  • Maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information.
What we're looking for
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant, preferably in a fast‑paced, corporate environment.
  • Outstanding organisational and time‑management skills with the ability to prioritise effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and polished demeanour.
