Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute comprehensive digital advertising strategies, including defining campaign goals, target audience, and budget allocation.

Create engaging ad content creatives and continuously optimize ad content performance to improve click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS).

Conduct audience research and segmentation to refine targeting strategies and ensure ads reach the right demographics.

Implement A/B testing for ad elements to optimize campaign effectiveness.

Assist in managing advertising budgets and monitoring spending to ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.

Generate reports on campaign performance and provide actionable insights for improvement.

Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging advertising platforms.

Prepare promotional ideas/content based on client requirements.

Content creation for social media.

Industry-related marketing for various iGaming platforms.

Who We’re Looking For:

Junior or Senior Level

At least 1 year experience in relevant job.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).

Good command of Mandarin, English & Cantonese.

Passion for digital marketing and eagerness to learn and grow in the field.

Proven experience in developing and executing digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms.

Editing videos using tools like CapCut, Canva, or other industry-standard software.

Usage of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, or related platforms).

Excellent communication, teamwork, and time management skills.

Training will be provided to help you develop the necessary skills for this role.

Tech-savvy with a strong sense of the latest marketing trends.

Able to update ad statuses and handle ad issues outside working hours/weekends – no back-office work required.

Candidates fluent in Mandarin are preferred as the role requires dealing with Mandarin-speaking clients.
