Job summary
A leading analytical services company in Malaysia is seeking a Service Coordinator to manage the scheduling and coordination of engineers and external partners. The role requires strong organizational skills and customer service experience. You will be responsible for planning maintenance visits, maintaining customer databases, and producing service reports. The ideal candidate should have proficiency in MS Office and excellent communication skills in English. This position is integral to ensuring customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Qualifications

Responsibilities
