We are seeking a talented individual to join our Business and Client Services team at Marsh & McLennan Asia Business Services (MMABS). This role will be based in our Pavilion Damansara Corporate Towers, Kuala Lumpur office. This is a hybrid role that requires working as per the respective team's arrangement.

Operation Specialist (Hong Kong Market)
  • Provide comprehensive back‑end support to business stakeholders for broking operations.
  • Prepare and manage documentation related to insurer and client processes for new business and renewals, including quotations, placing slips, summaries of cover, debit notes, invoices, and policy dispatch.
  • Assist with policy verification, data management, and various project tasks in accordance with company standards and operational procedures.
  • Contribute to meeting Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), Turnaround Times (TAT), accuracy targets, and overall business goals.
  • Perform general and ad‑hoc duties as assigned by the manager.
  • Participate in on‑the‑job training to enhance skills and knowledge.
What you need to have:
  • At least a bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in insurance or broking operations is strongly preferred.
  • Proficient communication skills in spoken, listening, and written English and Cantonese to support the Hong Kong market.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment, demonstrating self‑motivation and resilience under pressure.
  • Competent in using software applications such as Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
