Job description

Develop and assess monthly promotional strategies, forecast sales volume, and monitor related expenses.

Perform market analyses and trend research to stay abreast of the latest developments.

Plan, coordinate, and execute brand and marketing campaigns, events, new store openings, and other major initiatives.

Monitor campaign performance and recommend optimizations to improve awareness, engagement, and sales.

Coordinate with the creative team to produce visuals , including catalogues, brochures, flyers, and other marketing collaterals.

Performance Tracking & Budget Management

Oversee channel trade spend, ensuring accurate tracking, adherence to budget, and clear ROI justification for each investment.

Monitor and analyze MTD and YTD sales performance for assigned brand categories within the channel.

Preparing weekly sales communication updates and presentations for management reviews.

Go-To-Market (GTM) Planning (New Launch Product)

Develop end-to-end GTM launch plans, from campaign ideation and media planning to rollout scheduling and post-launch review.

Align with cross-functional teams to ensure timely product and marketing readiness for nationwide rollout.

Track campaign impact and deliver insights and recommendations to enhance awareness, engagement, and sales outcomes.

Requirements:

Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor Degree in Marketing/Business Studies or other relevant fields.

2–3 years of experience in brand marketing, preferably in FMCG, or retail environments.

Excellent written and verbal communication in Chinese & English is a must.

Proven project management and execution skills, coupled with meticulous attention to detail.

Strong creative thinking skills, paired with keen visual and design sensibility.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Adept at multitasking and prioritizing tasks effectively.
