We are looking for a Real Estate Executive to join our team.

1. Maintain liaisons and relationships with prospects, existing, and future tenants.
2. Attend to queries from tenants, including complaints and defect reports.
3. Update defect and complaint reports.
4. Oversee activities leading up to the rental of investment properties.
5. Prepare leasing strategies, actively market, and conduct pre-letting activities for industrial spaces.
6. Handle leasing inquiries and gather information from potential tenants.
7. Communicate with prospects to identify their requirements and preferences.
8. Prepare documents such as tenancy agreements and correspondence letters.
9. Coordinate lease closures, ensuring all vital documents are signed and payments received.
10. Update leasing charts, monitor monthly rental collections, defect repair costs, etc.
11. Liaise closely with the Property Manager, facilities team, and relevant consultants or contractors.
12. Perform general administrative work.
13. The responsibilities include all functions associated with this position and other duties as assigned by the Head of Department (HOD).

• Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate Management, Property Development, Business, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in Real Estate, Property Management, or a related industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
