Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma or equivalent in a related field.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in warehouse and logistics management.

Job description

Preferably an Executive specialized in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Warehouse management.

Responsible for assigning and allocating workload to lorry drivers and managing fulfillment processes.

Monitor vehicle maintenance and inspection tasks to ensure safety and compliance.

Assist in managing daily warehouse activities, with a focus on inventory control.

Maintain accurate records of stock movements.

Coordinate daily operational functions within the warehouse and logistics teams.

Provide suggestions for warehouse and logistics improvements.

Coordinate tasks with drivers and processing staff to ensure smooth operations.

Report on stock control and ensure the entire process is orderly and well-documented.

Have a basic understanding of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice).

Able to handle ad-hoc tasks as required by superiors.

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum Diploma or equivalent in a related field.

At least 1 year of relevant experience in warehouse and logistics management, preferably in the seafood industry.

Basic computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Office).

Good communication skills across all levels of personnel.

Proficiency in English, Malay, and Chinese.

Possession of GDL license.

Immediate availability is an advantage.
