Malaysia Aviation Group Hiring! Full Time Senior Reservation Officer, Cargo in Selangor - Ricebowl

• 3-5 years of experience in air cargo sales operation and handling area.

Area of Experience

• Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Skilled in MS Office applications.
• Knowledge of Cargo terminal warehouse/logistics management system is advantageous.

Personality Traits

• Good interpersonal skills.
• Willing to work shift hours, including long hours, weekends, and holidays.
• Handle all daily incoming messages/enquiries from GHA/HQ/forwarders at Duty Officer Desk/Hotlines. Provide services to import/export forwarders together with GHA Customer Services Representatives.
• Manage cargo reservations, including booking creation and space confirmation beyond KUL. Assist Senior Cargo Sales Executive in monitoring cargo uplift from KUL and service levels.
• Coordinate with Sales Executive regarding flight schedule changes or special handling requirements by GHA.
• Prepare internal reports and update daily bookings.
• Promote and create awareness of available freighter/belly space across MH networks to agents, maintaining communication with operational staff.
• Delegate cargo sales/reservation functions to team members, sharing knowledge and skills to support their growth.
• Monitor job performance and guide Reservations Officers in daily tasks.
• Coordinate with HQ CP/RM team on space allocation issues.
• Prepare flight performance and load factor reports.
