Job Description:

As a Senior Accounts Executive at mm2 Asia Group, you will:

Provide day-to-day financial and accounting support to operational teams.

Manage full sets of accounts, including account receivable/payable (AR/AP) and general ledger (GL) closing activities.

Prepare and submit GST returns on a quarterly basis.

Assist in the preparation of group consolidation accounts and financial statements.

Support the preparation of group quarterly financial announcements and forecast financial statements.

Participate in corporate exercises as may be required by management.

Liaise with auditors, tax agent, bankers and solicitors to ensure compliance with various statutory requirements.

Ensure all financial records are compliant with accounting standards and company policies.

Requirements:

To excel in this role, you should have:

A Degree or Professional qualification in accounting (ACCA/CIMA/MICPA or equivalent).

Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience, prior audit experience is a plus.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & Power Point) and familiar with accounting software. Experience with ERP systems is advantageous.

Knowledge of Singapore financial reporting, tax and regulatory requirements is a bonus.

Experience in listed companies or involvement in corporate exercises will be an added advantage.

Strong multitasking abilities, commitment, and a sense of urgency towards deadlines.

An analytical mindset, discipline, and the ability to work independently.

Good command of written and spoken English, proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage.
