Sales Executive

We are seeking a motivated and talented Sales Executive to join our dynamic team at BAN NGAI ENGINEERING (JOHOR) SDN. BHD. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and representing our company in Klang, Selangor area. This is a full-time position with opportunities for career advancement within our organisation.

What you'll be doing

1. Developing and maintaining relationships with new and existing customers
2. Identifying and pursuing sales leads to generate new business opportunities
3. Delivering presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers
4. Negotiating and closing sales deals while ensuring customer satisfaction
5. Providing feedback and insights to the sales management team to improve overall sales strategies
6. Staying up-to-date with market trends, product information, and competitor activities
7. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support the overall sales and marketing efforts

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 1 year of sales experience
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively engage with customers
3. Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills
4. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office
6. A team player with a positive attitude and a drive to succeed
