As the Senior Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Executive,

You will play a pivotal role in attracting and hiring top talents across business functions, with a strong focus on early careers recruitment – including talents for Aspire Program and internship placements. You will also be managing end-to-end recruitment activities, partnering closely with hiring managers to ensure timely and quality hires. In parallel, the role also leads employer branding efforts to position the company as an employer of choice in the market. This includes executing talent branding campaigns, managing career events, building university and industry partnerships and creating engaging content across digital platforms.

What you will be doing:

Young Talent Acquisition & Program Hiring

  • Lead the full recruitment lifecycle for young talent programs, including internships and talents for Aspire Program across business units.
  • Partner with HR Business Partner and functional stakeholders to understand workforce needs and ensure sustainable strong pipelines of young talents.
  • Build structured and scalable recruitment campaigns tailored to attract high potential young professionals.

Employer Branding & Content Strategy

  • Develop and execute creative employer branding campaigns to highlight the culture, people and values to attract talents.
  • Own and manage the content for talent attraction including LinkedIn, career website and internal channels.
  • Collaborate with cross functional units/ departments to ensure consistent and compelling storytelling.
  • Track content performance and engagement metrics to continuously optimize the effectiveness of the strategy.

Campus Engagement & Partnerships

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with universities, career services, government bodies to boost employer visibility.
  • Lead and execute early talent engagement campaigns, ambassador programs and university collaboration initiatives.
  • Be the focal point of contact for campus engagement and partnerships.

Talent Mapping & Insights

  • Conduct research and benchmarking to understand market trends and preferences among professionals, especially young talents.
  • Provide insights on talent attraction, campus trends and brand perception to help shape future strategies.

Candidate Experience & Recruitment Operations

  • Ensure seamless and engaging candidate journey from attraction to onboarding, with a focus on positive candidate experience.
  • Leverage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for tracking, reporting and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

You will need to:

  • Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, HRM, Marketing or any related fields.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or employer branding.
  • Exposure to early careers hiring or campus hiring.
  • Strong passion for talent engagement, storytelling and building talent communities.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building and project management skills.
  • Creative, energetic and collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functional.
