Job description

An established trading company in Food, Nutraceutical, and Pharmaceutical ingredients located at Bukit Jelutong, Shah Alam. We specialize in the import, sales, marketing, and distribution of global food innovations into the local market. Job scope:
  1. Assist in account and general admin duties
  2. Handle full set of accounts
  3. Monitor credit control and collection processes
  4. Handle HR functions such as attendance, overtime, etc.
  5. Perform any other duties as assigned by Management
  6. Communicate in English via email
Requirement:
  1. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Finance/Accountancy
  2. Languages required: English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin
  3. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, self-motivated, good time management, and attitude
  4. At least 2 years of relevant work experience
  5. Knowledge in Microsoft Office and SQL accounting system is preferred
  6. Willing to relocate to Jalan Meru Indah
  7. Working hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm
