With an experienced management team and a dynamic workforce of 100 employees, we aim to enhance the pet industry experience for retailers and customers. Our location is in Rawang Integrated Industrial Park, Selangor, Malaysia.

We are seeking active and motivated candidates for the Warehouse Operation Admin position.

Qualifications & Experience
  • At least Secondary School/SPM/'O' Level or Diploma in any discipline.
  • Minimum of 2 years' relevant work experience; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Required skills: Willing to learn, independent, responsible, resourceful, punctual.
  • Proficiency in English and Malay, both written and verbal.
Tasks & Responsibilities
  • Manage all warehouse transactions using the warehouse management system, including receiving, locating, storing, and pulling products.
  • Receive, check, and verify all inbound shipments.
  • Communicate any receiving issues or discrepancies to the team.
  • Handle issues related to returned products.
  • Prepare packing lists, Delivery Orders, and Invoices for warehouse orders.
  • Coordinate deliveries with in-house teams and third-party logistics providers.

Working Hours for Warehouse:

Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, and Saturday, 8 am to 12 pm
